RoHS Services
The RoHS Directive 2002/95/EU (Certain Hazardous Substances Restriction) limits the use of dangerous substances in electrical and electronic products. From 1 of July of 2006, it will not be allowed that the products which enter the market include the substances restricted in the director. The Commision of the European Union decided the 19 August of 2005 (normative 2005/168/EU) allowed the maximum values of concentration in homogenous material. BTC has been sedignated like Vowel in the AENOR committeem AEN/CTN 200/SC 111, for the ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDIZATION of products and electrical and electronic systems. BTC counts on a service of screening or predetection that will allow him of a fast form to know which are the elements affected by the director, which fulfill and which will have to analyze in the laboratory. This service is key to help to take the control him of its suppliers. Material that must be analyzed:
Homogenous material of an Electrical equipment or Electronic (Definiton TAC), is a material that cannot be separated by average mechanics in different materials
In case that doubtful samples existence to surpass the minimum limits imposed by the RoSH Directive, BTC will develop the pertinent Laboratory Analyses to determine if the product fulfill or no, with the RoHS Directive and/or any other exigencies of the own client.
With satisfactory results the Conformity Declaration recognized world-wide level will be obtained.
