F.Q.M.S (Fuel Quality Monitoring System) Fuels Quality monitoring System (F.Q.M.S.): The European Commision has fomented the elaboration of a homogenous European system for the control of fuels quality, by means of a monitoring system (F.Q.M.S) that is regulated with standards EN-14275 y EN-14274. In these standards it is specified, as ti is indicated/shown more down, that the organization for picking up samples and the laboratory will have to be accredited by ENAC for these services. On the other hand the 7º article of Real Decree 61/2006 indicates that : Sampling and Analysis.
 With the purpose of giving fulfillment to arranged in the Directors 98/70/CE, 03/17/CE and 99/32/CE, with regard to the control of the fulfillment of the specifications and representation to European Commission BOE num. 307 24 Wednesdays december 2003 45963 of annual information on the quality of contemplated oil products in this real decree, the autonomic communities will adopt the measures necessary to control by means of samplings the technical specifications of gasolines, diesel oils and fueloils. The autonomic communities will have to send the results to the misnistry before the 30 of April of every year, sending requirements of VIII and IX annexed of RD 61/2006 For that reason BTC makes available of the autonomic administrations its capacity, experience and accreditations to make the picking up of analytical samples and the required tests . |
